This is the mess we woke up to this morning. The ceiling collapsed in the sewing room..leaving some answered questions and some problems. It isn't insulated, which explains why the room is always so cold. On the other hand, the rolled roof, which was supposed to be repaired by the previous home owners, ripped up, leaving us with a huge leak that ripped open the ceiling..
